How is Ukrainian IT sector transforming?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since March 2022, the Centre for Economic Strategy (CES), together with the German Economic Team (GET), has been preparing monthly reviews of Ukraine\u2019s economy during a full-scale war. All notes can be found\u00a0<a href=\"\/?tag=monthly-review\">under the link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In March of 2023, we traditionally reviewed the most important economic changes for the month. Content of the note:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Content of the note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Macroeconomic trends:<\/strong> will GDP grow this year? What is happening with business activity, and how many direct losses did Ukraine suffer due to the war?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry overview:<\/strong> what is happening with the agricultural sector and metallurgy? How is IT feeling during the war?<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Fiscal policy:<\/strong> how much international aid has Ukraine received since the beginning of the year, and will there be enough funding to cover all expenses?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Monetary and exchange rate policy:<\/strong> what is happening to the banking sector?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The special topic of March is how the Ukrainian IT sector is transformed during the war.
