Given the difficulty with finding internal resources for defense and security, these funds could be directed toward national expenditures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the event, we will discuss how this resource can be used without harming the interests of communities and local governments. We will also consider how public spending should be structured during a full-scale war.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, we will review the main changes in the country&#8217;s economy for July as per the usual format of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reports for previous months are available <a href=\"\/?cat_ID=492\">on our website<\/a>.
