US uncertainty and funds for recovery needs&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The event will take place <strong>on October 13 at 16:00 (Kyiv Time) on Zoom<\/strong>. To get the link, please complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_26gSD7R8T-2nmaHx08-4pQ\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>short registration<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The second &#8220;war budget&#8221; will differ from the first one by shifting priorities from recovery to defence needs. A unique role in financing these expenditures is given to the redistribution of revenues from military personal income tax.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, all internal changes will only be fully implemented with the support of a critical partner, the United States, which has yet to make a key decision on supporting Ukraine next year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">At the event, we will analyze in detail the draft state budget of Ukraine for 2024 and discuss the risks accompanying its implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In addition, we will traditionally review the main changes in the country&#8217;s economy in September.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Reports for previous months are available on our website.
