Special topic: Energy efficient in the reconstruction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Centre for Economic Strategy cordially invites you to participate in in the presentation of the March issue of our regular publication <strong>\u00abThe recovery spending watchdog\u00bb.<\/strong> We will traditionally review the most important news from the recovery sector and analyse public spending on recovery projects over the past month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The special focus of the event is <strong>energy-efficient reconstruction<\/strong>. One of the important principles of reconstruction and recovery is \u201cBuild Back Better\u201d. According to this principle, every reconstruction project should consider barrier-free and energy-efficiency standards. We discussed the challenges of barrier-free reconstruction in the last issue. This time, we will focus on energy efficiency: standards, challenges, and real-life cases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The presentation of Monitoring is available via<a href=\"\/?p=27953\"> the link<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Invited participants:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Dmytro Petrunin, <\/strong>Director-General of the Energy Efficiency Directorate for Communities and Territories Development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anna Ackermann<\/strong>, Founding member of the Center for Environmental Initiatives Ecoaction, Policy analyst for the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iryna Chernysheva<\/strong>, chairman of the Titan condominium association, Irpin;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mariangiola Fabbri, <\/strong>Head of Research at Buildings Performance Institute Europe (BPIE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The release was prepared within the framework of the EU-funded project \u201cThe recovery spending watchdog\u201d. The project is a joint effort of the Centre for Economic Strategy, the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, and the NGO \u201cTechnologies for Progress\u201d.
