Consequently, it is very important that Ukraine fulfills its &#8220;homework&#8221; &#8211; the IMF&#8217;s structural benchmarks and EU recommendations, despite occasional delays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>It is politically crucial to complete an external audit of NABU&#8217;s efficiency<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the participation of three independent international experts.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Originally planned for September, the Audit Commission visited the National Anti-Corruption Bureau on October 3. Consequently, the external independent evaluation of the National Bureau&#8217;s work, even though it&#8217;s a bit late, is now underway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reforms are necessary not only to provide Ukraine with access to financing.
