Moreover, according to Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine \u2013 Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, $5 billion is urgently needed for infrastructure recovery.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Denys Uliutin<\/strong>, First Deputy Minister of Finance;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serhiy Soroka<\/strong>, Director of the Department of Strategic Planning and Regional Policy of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yuriy Bova<\/strong>, mayor of Trostyanets;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Victor Maziarchuk<\/strong>, Head of the Fiscal Policy Research Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moderator:\u00a0<strong>Iryna Kosse,<\/strong>\u00a0Senior Research Fellow at IER.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The release was prepared within the framework of the EU-funded project \u201cThe recovery spending watchdog\u201d. Previous releases are available\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"mailto:https:\/\/brp.org.ua\/en\/analytics\"><em>here<\/em><\/a><em>. The project is a joint effort of the Centre for Economic Strategy, the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, and the NGO \u201cTechnologies of Progress\u201d.
