We didn\u2019t have those reforms yet, and that was holding us back. I asked Ivan for advice, and he suggested creating a credible economic think tank. That\u2019s how CES came to be, and I\u2019m very happy with what we\u2019ve achieved over these 10 years.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>To mark our tenth anniversary, we\u2019ve updated our logo to make it simpler and more dynamic.
