However, the pace remains unsatisfactory, despite the European Commission\u2019s flexibility in deciding to disburse a tranche of 2.75 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p>This was stated by experts from the RRR4U consortium during an April presentation of the Monitoring of the Implementation of IMF Program Conditions and EU Assistance under the Ukraine Facility.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cUnder the IMF program, progress in April was minimal. On the positive side, the government appointed a head of the State Customs Service \u2013 a step that was supposed to have been taken by March, and originally even by June 2025.
