The Recovery Spending Watchdog

“The Recovery Spending Watchdog” aims to build a system of independent government monitoring of the costs of budget and donor funds for reconstruction, to analyze them, and to involve the public in reconstruction monitoring.

The Institute of Economic Research and Political Consultations and the Technological Progress NGO jointly implement the project.

The European Union finances the project. All project participants are members of the RISE coalition.
