Ukraine Recovery Cookbook: principles and examples

The Consortium of Ukrainian analytical centres RRR4U (Resilience, Reconstruction and Relief for Ukraine) invites you to the presentation of the Ukraine Recovery Cookbook. This document outlines the country’s reconstruction principles, shared by Ukrainian society, donors, and implementers.

You can access the document via the link.

The event will occur on May 10 at 3PM (CEST) on the Zoom platform. Simultaneous English translation will be available. To participate, please register below.

The consortium experts propose a new perspective on the reconstruction of Ukraine: efficient reconstruction, like a good restaurant, requires a capable team, transparency, quality products, clear standards, and the involvement of all participants.

To develop effective and speedy solutions, decisions must be made “on the fly,” guided by a set of universal principles, as any “ironclad” roadmap risks becoming outdated quickly.

At the event, the consortium experts will outline these decisions and provide examples of their application to specific sectors (energy) as “recipes” for Ukraine’s recovery, comprising a set of universal ingredients.

Event schedule:

3:00-3:05 Welcome speech, Maria Repko, Deputy Director of the Center for Economic Strategy

3:05-3:40 Presentation of the Ukraine Recovery Cookbook and discussion, participants:

  • Oleksandra Betliy, Senior Expert at the Institute for Economic Research and Political Consultations;
  • Roman Nitzovich, Research Director of the analytical centre DiXi Group;
