How arms production is transforming Ukraine’s economy?

Russia’s full-scale invasion has fundamentally changed the role of the defence industry in Ukraine’s economy. In 2024, the capacity of domestic defence production grew from $3 billion to $20 billion. By the end of 2025, it may reach $35 billion annually.
During the event, we discussed how domestic arms production impacts the economy, reshapes the structure of GDP, and what role private and state-owned producers play.
