(Event) What should Ukraine do to reintegrate veterans: approaches and financing

The Centre for Economic Strategy and Legal Hundred NGO invite you to join the discussion “What should Ukraine do to reintegrate veterans: approaches and financing“.

Close to a million Ukrainians have already gained combat and military experience, and the number of veterans will continue to rise until the end of the war. Ukrainian society must provide them with dignified conditions for rehabilitation and reintegration into civilian life.

To achieve this, the government needs to understand the needs in working with veterans and allocate funds to this direction while balancing it with other country’s needs during wartime.

During the presentation, we will cover:

  • What kind of state support veterans need according to surveys;
  • The principles on which the policy regarding benefits and guarantees should be built;
  • Estimated budgetary requirements for supporting veterans.

The event will take place on October 5 at 16:00 (СEST) in Zoom.
