How has Russia’s invasion changed German-Ukrainian economic relations?
The Centre for Economic Strategy (CES), in collaboration with the German Economic Team (GET), invites you to join the June review of the Ukrainian economy. The special topic of the event is: “How has Russia’s invasion changed German-Ukrainian economic relations?”
While our series of monthly economic reviews will continue, our cooperation with the German Economic Team is coming to an end. Therefore, this event will be dedicated to German-Ukrainian economic relations.
During the event, experts will discuss key aspects of bilateral economic cooperation between Germany and Ukraine: wartime support, record-high trade volumes, investment opportunities for German businesses, and the role of the Ukrainian diaspora in strengthening the partnership.
We will also explore how these economic ties are evolving despite ongoing geopolitical and economic challenges.
The event will take place on June 20 at 15:00 (Kyiv time) on Zoom. Registration is required below on the page.
In addition, CES experts will, as usual, review the main changes in the country’s economy over the past month. Reports for previous months are available on our website, and data visualization — in the War Economy Tracker.
