More than three years of Ukrainian recovery: What has been done and what’s next?

7 November 2025

For over three years, our project team has been analyzing how the state allocates funds for recovery and involving civil society organizations in monitoring reconstruction in their communities. During the meeting, we will summarize our observations: how the recovery process has evolved, which approaches have proven effective, and what needs to be reconsidered.

Together with government representatives, we will discuss what the next stage of recovery should look like, particularly, within the framework of the Public Investment Management (PIM) Reform, which will help communities direct resources toward high-priority projects and ensure transparent and efficient use of funds.

The event will take place on 7 November at 14:00 (Kyiv time) on Zoom. The language of the event is Ukrainian, with simultaneous interpretation into English.

Registration is available at the bottom of the page.
