Ukraine’s Economy in 2026: Key Forecasts and Scenarios

17 December 2025

The Centre for Economic Strategy (CES), together with the German Economic Team (GET), invites you to join the discussion “Ukraine’s Economy in 2026: Key Forecasts and Scenarios”.

The difficult situation on the frontline and uncertainty over financial support have increased the vulnerability of Ukraine’s economy. These challenges have been further compounded by an internal political crisis and “seasonal” attacks on the energy sector. With this set of challenges, the country is approaching the fourth year of the full-scale war.

On December 17 at 16:00 (Kyiv time), we will present expert forecasts and compare them with government projections. This will be followed by a discussion on how internal and external factors may affect the economic situation, the exchange rate of the hryvnia, and prices.
