How this year’s harvest will affect Ukraine’s economy?

20 November 2025

Centre for Economic Strategy (CES) invites you to join the November review of Ukraine’s economy. This month’s special topic: “How this year’s harvest will affect Ukraine’s economy?”.

This year, farmers have been working under challenging conditions: bad weather has delayed both harvesting and sowing, while additional costs arose due to power outages.

European integration has also remained a challenge: the new trade preferences are not particularly generous, and the EU continues to insist on faster harmonisation of standards.

We’ll discuss these and other issues in more detail during the event.

In addition, CES experts will traditionally review the key changes in Ukraine’s economy over the past month. Previous reports are available on our website, and data visualisations can be found in the “Ukraine War Economy Tracker”.

Date and time of the event: November 20, 16:00 (Kyiv time) on Zoom.
