Emiliia Tsera
Works at the CES since autumn 2025.
Professional experience
From April to June 2025, Emiliia interned as a chief consultant in the European Integration Department of the Directorate for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
From October 2024, she was a trainee at the EU Delegation to Ukraine for six months, where she assisted in projects related to cooperation with civil society, analysed political processes in the context of EU accession, prepared analytical materials, and helped organise public events and meetings.
Throughout 2024, Emiliia worked as an analyst and coordinator of European projects at Internews Ukraine, where she prepared daily analytical reviews on Ukraine-EU relations and translated press releases from EU institutions.
In 2021-2022, she headed the International Department of youth organisation ‘Foundation for Regional Initiatives’. She managed a team of 40 people, negotiated with international partners, and wrote Erasmus+ projects.
Education
In 2022, she obtained a bachelor's degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, specialising in International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies.
In 2023, she completed a master's degree at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), specialising in Political Science: European and International Governance.
