Nadiia Zaritska

Nadiia specialises in the design and implementation of projects in the fields of governance reforms, women’s economic empowerment and gender equality, as well as in programme monitoring and evaluation. She has extensive experience in strategic programme management, policy dialogue, and collaboration with government authorities, civil society organisations, and international donors.

Professional experience

Nadiia held senior positions at Abt Global, where she was responsible for the design, implementation, and quality assurance of a portfolio of more than 30 projects in Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova (2020–2025). Previously, she worked as a Programme Manager and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Stabilization Support Services (2017–2020). In 2016–2017, she worked at International Organization for Migration, where she was responsible for the National Monitoring System for Internally Displaced Persons. She began her career in social and market research, working as a Research Project Manager and Analyst at InMind Analytics and MASMI.

Education

Nadiia holds a PhD in Sociology as well as a Master’s degree in Sociology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
