Professional experience

Started her career in 2014 at the Office of Large Taxpayers as a tax inspector (area of responsibility: monitoring and forecasting of tax revenues). During postgraduate studies at the Academy of Financial Management under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (2014-2018), she was engaged in research on public finance issues. Since 2018, she has been working at the Association of Ukrainian Cities, where she is responsible for local finance. She has experience in lawmaking. She is the author of scientific papers and bills in the field of public finance. Tetyana co-authored amendments to the budget and tax legislation in connection with the completion of the administrative and territorial reform in Ukraine.

Education

Tetiana holds a master's degree in taxation from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. In 2019, she defended her PhD thesis on the implementation of fiscal decentralization in Ukraine and received a PhD degree in Money, Finance and Credit.
