Zhanna-Sofiia Hrysha

She has been working at CES since May 2026. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including process administration, coordination of document flow, monitoring of tenders and procurement procedures, project budget planning, and the organisation of specialised events.

Professional experience

From 2017 to 2026, she worked at a consultancy firm specialising in media analytics and monitoring, spending the last six years as Head of the Monitoring Department. She coordinated the department’s operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. She managed client requests end-to-end — from drafting technical specifications to presenting final reports — and specialised in developing complex search queries and tailoring monitoring tools to clients’ individual needs.

Education

Zhanna-Sofia holds a Master’s degree from the National University of Food Technologies, specialising in ‘Sugar and Polysaccharide Technologies’
