The recovery spending watchdog №7. Special topic: Energy efficient in the reconstruction

The Centre for Economic Strategy cordially invites you to participate in in the presentation of the March issue of our regular publication «The recovery spending watchdog». We will traditionally review the most important news from the recovery sector and analyse public spending on recovery projects over the past month.

The special focus of the event is energy-efficient reconstruction. One of the important principles of reconstruction and recovery is “Build Back Better”. According to this principle, every reconstruction project should consider barrier-free and energy-efficiency standards. We discussed the challenges of barrier-free reconstruction in the last issue. This time, we will focus on energy efficiency: standards, challenges, and real-life cases.
