Since March 2022, the Centre for Economic Strategy (CES), together with the German Economic Team (GET), has been preparing monthly reviews of Ukraine’s economy during a full-scale war. All notes can be found under the link.
We looked at the most critical changes in various sectors in the February economic review. Also, we focused on how the full-scale invasion of Russia affected the defence sector. And how enterprises responding to the needs of the army work and bring victory closer.

- Industry overview: metallurgy and agriculture, electricity supply.
- Fiscal policy: VAT refunds, tax revenues and volumes of international financial assistance.
