Hlib Vyshlinsky

Manages Centre for Economic Strategy since it was founded in May 2015.

In 2015-2019, Hlib was a member of the Council of Reanimation Package of Reforms civic platform.

Since 2020, Hlib is a member of the Development Board of Mystetskyi Arsenal, the Supervisory Board of DEJURE Foundation, and the StateWatch Board.

In 2021-2026, Hlib was Head of the Board at Hromadske.TV

Professional experience

Hlib Vyshlinsky has over 25 years` experience in economic analysis and research.

From 2010 to April 2015, Hlib was Deputy Director at GfK Ukraine, the country’s leading market research agency. He worked at GfK Ukraine since 2003. Prior to that, during 1997-2003, he was Senior Economist, Publications Director and Deputy Director of the International Centre for Policy Studies. Hlib began his career as an economic journalist and editor, working in different mass media from 1993 to 1998.

Education

Hlib obtained a Master’s degree in Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
