Nataliia Kolesnichenko

Joined CES in 2025. She researches factors of economic development and state policy on business.

Professional experience

Previously served as Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis Division at the Monetary Policy Department of the National Bank of Ukraine (2015–2025). She was responsible for conducting macro- and microeconomic analysis of the Ukrainian economy. Prior to that, she worked on developing methodology and conducting business tendency surveys at the NBU. She has published several research papers.

Education

She obtained a master's degree in economic cybernetics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (1998) and a PhD in economics (2003).
