Ukrainian I.T. companies have earned billions. But the good times may not last.

One of the reasons for this is that Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 are not allowed to leave the country during the war. That has ended almost all personal communication with customers and made it difficult to start new businesses.

Here’s what the director of the CES, Hlib Vyshlinskyi, says about it:

“I.T. is crucial. These companies are getting paid in dollars and euros, and if we don’t have that, we won’t be able to pay for petrol for the army or for medication, and our currency will depreciate, and that will spur inflation”.
