Government vs Business. How to ease pressure on Ukrainian entrepreneurs?
The Centre for Economic Strategy (CES), in collaboration with the German Economic Team (GET), invites you to join to the January 2024 Economic Review with a special topic for a month: “Government vs Business. How to ease pressure on Ukrainian entrepreneurs?”.
Against the backdrop of the arrest of Concorde Capital founder Ihor Mazepa, entrepreneurs began to complain more and more about pressure from security forces. To solve the problem, the government announced a number of solutions, such as amendments to the law on the Economic Security Bureau of Urkraine and the creation of the Council for Entrepreneurship Support.
How effective are these steps? And how do the “mask shows” affect the country’s resilience in times of war? These and other issues will be discussed during the event with representatives of business and government.
